"Felix" is the thirty-first episodenote of Lilo & Stitch: The Series. It first aired on January 9, 2004.
A neat freak experiment sterilizes everything in sight and an attempt to make him less like that makes everything worse.

- Felix (X-010): This episode's Monster of the Week; a green anteater-like experiment with an elephant trunk who is designed to clean and sterilize everything in sight. However, a programming flaw causes him to presume everything as germs that need to be sterilized. After Jumba reprograms him to fix this, he instead becomes a dirt-spreading "Oscar".
- Cannonball (X-520): Gets politely reprimanded by Lilo at the beginning to tone down his waves to avoid making messes on Lahui Beach.

- An Aesop: Moderation is everything, not too little and not too much.
- Oh, Crap!: Lilo and Stitch have this when Nani calls from Kauai Airport saying that she's returning home early, with the house now in a state of total mess.
- One-Word Vocabulary: 010 only ever says, "Dirty!". As Felix, he says it with disgust; as Oscar, he says it with glee.
- Person as Verb: Felix is so thorough a cleaner that Lilo says that he's "out-Pleakley'd Pleakley".
- Shout-Out: Both of 010's names are references to the lead characters of The Odd Couple.
- Space Whale Aesop: Pleakley tries to share a lesson about how it's good to be clean, but not so clean that you try eliminating other people. Naturally, Nani is confused by this.
- Tough Love: After Felix makes the entire house dirty, Lilo begs for Pleakly's help to clean it before Nani comes home. Pleakly doesn't hold back pointing out how she and Stitch have looked down upon and taken his cleanliness for granted, and makes it a point that if they want the house cleaned so badly, they'll have to learn to clean it themselves for once.
- Trash of the Titans: After 010 gets reprogrammed to "Oscar", he spreads dirt and trash instead of cleaning them.
