Sportacus finds his water supply is running low and plans to temporarily leave town to fetch more, which is the best news Robbie Rotten's ever heard. In order to get information out of the kids he participates in their Secret Friend Day game, picking Trixie's name out of a hat. Not knowing or caring who she is, he crumples the paper and leaves it by Stephanie's skateboard, then vows to take a vacation at the beach. When Trixie finds the crumpled paper, she's badly hurt and thinks Stephanie doesn't want to be her friend.
As Sportacus heads home to LazyTown, Trixie writes a goodbye note, apologizes for being a bad friend, and leaves town by boat, becoming stranded at sea when she loses the oars. Robbie is awoken by everyone yelling for her, and Stephanie recruits him to help her find Trixie. When she does, Stephanie is able to explain the misunderstanding, but when everyone is stranded at sea, it's up to Sportacus to help! Back at home, Robbie opens his Secret Friend gift from Stephanie, which is a bracelet... and promptly puts it on his head.
