- Bittersweet Ending: While the follow up said there was a boost in business, Bazzini's closed not long after the episode aired, but Sharyn was able to focus full time on her own baking, opening a successful business that is still open to this day. Helped by the fact that her food was the only thing Ramsey liked.
- Dirty Old Woman: Sharyn was flirting with Ramsey the whole time.
- Hope Spot: Chef Paul had a very successful lunch with Ramsey acting as Sous-chef, showing that he still had the passion for cooking but by relaunch, he started dropping back into his old habits as early as the first plate. Made worst that it took over an hour for food to get out during re-launch and Paul's sous-chef walking out. Ramsey point blank told him after re-launch that he didn't think Paul would make it for very long.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Al, Paul's Sous-Chef, walks out on him during relaunch night after Paul starts going back into his old habits during relaunch. Sharyn also left a bit after filming to focus on her own food.
- Supreme Chef: Sharyn, the pastry chef, is the only food that Ramsey loved their food during his lunch.
