Rosa makes herself a big and complicated hairstyle, but when she goes outside, a strong gust of wind destroys it. Rosa comes to Dokko's house and starts looking for a book that says how to make a magic wand. Dokko is skeptical about this, but Rosa continues her search until the nightfall. When she flips through another book, she sees a portrait of a scientist scratching his beard. He introduces himself as Professor Mendeleev, the one who created a table of chemical elements. Rosa asks him to make a magic wand, and Mendeleev agrees. In the morning, Rosa wakes up at the table. She looks at Mendeleev's portrait and immediately remembers everything. She creates the magic wand and is ready to test it.

Rosa goes outside on a windy day and wishes the wind to stop blowing. Her wish comes true. Full of joy, she makes herself a big hairstyle and walks along the path. She notices that it has become hot without the wind and wishes that the sun would not bake anymore. Suddenly, there is complete darkness, and Rosa wishes for the lights on the trees. She then wants a sailboat with a prince, and pepares to take off, but the prince tells her that they can't go anywhere since there's no wind. Rosa agrees to bring it back, but a powerful gust ruins her hairstyle again.

Rosa returns to Dokko's house with her usual hairstyle. Dokko writes a note to the scientific society about the strange events that were happening yesterday. Rosa says that she made them with a magic wand. Dokko laughs it off at first, but becomes curios and asks to see it, but Rosa tells him that she threw it away. Dokko doesn't believe her and leaves. Olga was perplexed as to why she had discarded the wand. Rosa replies that sometimes you don't get exactly what you want and when you do, you either don't want it anymore or isn't sure what you really want. Olga recalls dreaming of having a magic wand as a child, so that she could immediately become old like her grandmother, receive a pension, and do nothing, and is glad she didn't have it.
