He introduces himself as Professor Mendeleev, the one who dreamed about how to create a table of chemical elements. Rosa asks him to make her dream of how to make a magic wand, and Mendeleev agrees. In the morning, Rosa wakes up at the table. She looks at the portrait of Mendeleev and immediately remembers everything. Rosa performs many actions and rituals. Finally, the magic wand is ready, and you can test it.

Rosa goes outside on a windy day and wishes the wind would stop blowing. The wind stops instantly. A joyful Rosa makes herself a big hairstyle and walks along the path. She notices that it has become hot without the wind and wishes that the sun would not bake anymore. Suddenly, there is complete darkness, and Olga falls into her house. Rosa wants the electricity to turn on and garlands to light up on the trees, but Dokko's computer turns out to be de-energized. Rosa wants a sailboat with a prince. Suddenly Dokko remembers that last night he dreamed of Mendeleev and talked to him about something important, but what exactly he talked about he does not remember. Mendeleev is smiling happily in the portrait.
