Krash and Chiko are preparing for a flight on a hot air balloon. Wally also wants to go with them, but when the journey begins, he realizes that he's too scared of heights and asks to be dropped off. Frustrated, he goes to Olga for advice. Rummaging in the closet, she gives Wally a talisman. With it, he will no longer be afraid of heights. Wally runs to the balloon and asks to be picked up. Krash and Chiko are surprised, but agree to let him back. Wally admires the view from above and happily jumps around the basket, completely forgetting about his fear thanks to the talisman.The basket breaks off and the three have to cling to the ropes. Krash wants to open the valve of the balloon, but it is stuck. Wally decides to open the valve manually and starts climbing to the top. Suddenly, he hears Olga's screams. She has found a real talisman, and the one Wally has is just a button on a rope. Upon hearing this, Wally clings to the ropes in horror. The fear of heights returned to him again. The uncontrollable balloon drifts into the mountains. After being encouraged by his friends, Wally climbs to the top of the balloon, and opens the valve. The balloon deflates and falls on a tree. Krash's ear is bandaged, Chiko breaks his glasses, and Wally faints with relief.
Tropes:
- Black Comedy: Among the things that Olga takes out of the closet is a hanging loop.
- Placebo Effect: Wally forgets about his fear of heights simply because Olga convinced him that the talisman she gave him will protect from this fear. The second it turns out the thing he got isn't actually a talisman, Wally loses most of his confidence again.
- Platonic Kissing: Krash and Wally kiss each other goodbye in case Krash and Chiko don't come back from their trip.
