The island of KikoRiki is flooded thanks to Rosa, who was crying for several days. Carlin, Olga, and Wally pick her up on a boat. Turns out the reason she is crying is because she climbed up a tree and imagined how she would fall from it, making her friends cry. Wally tries to calm her down since they just rescued her and everything is fine, but this does not help Rosa, and she continues to sob.
Meanwhile, the rest of the KikoRiki finish the construction of a large wooden ship. Rosa continues to cry for several days, but suddenly stops and pounces on food. She is tired of crying and became completely emotionless, saying that it's not her fault she's so sensitive.
The next day, Dokko conducts a training for his friends where he teaches them to liberate their emotions. He asks Rosa to join them, but she says she can't laugh when she has no reason to laugh. This angers Dokko, who accuses her of storing up emotions and then spilling them out instead of expressing them moderately. Suddenly the ship bumps into something, and Krash notices the weather vane of his house. The water is slowly receding. Suddenly, Rosa starts singing, and her friends join in to dance. They do so for several days, until they get too tired to keep going. Rosa continues to dance and sing until accidentally falling off the stage.
