Dokko and Carlin play billiards, and Dokko wins with a score of 5:0. With the next hit, he scores another ball, but when he hits it a second time, he loses and the turn goes to Carlin. Carlin hits the ball and scores. He scores two balls with the next shot, but then loses. Dokko tries to hit the ball, but his hand slips, and Carlin, according to the rules, demands to return one ball to the table. He hits and scores three balls at once, overtaking Dokko. Dokko tells him to finish the game because it is already going to rain, but the raven, who has entered the excitement, refuses.
Dokko and Carlin continue the game in heavy rain. Carlin's ball flies out of the table, and he has to return one ball. With the next blow, Dokko scores two more balls, and Carlin offers to finish the game, but now Dokko refuses. He tries to hit the ball standing on the table, and Carlin pulls it off and then asks to return one ball. Dokko breaks the cue on the edge of the table in a rage. Carlin compares the score and hits again. His ball stops at the edge, but a drop of water falls on it, and Carlin wins. He hits again but loses and gives his cue to Dokko. Dokko scores another ball and breaks the cue out of excitement. Then he tears off a piece of the table and hits the ball with it, but loses. Carlin takes a piece of the table and completely destroys it. He is arguing with Dokko whether his ball flew out when suddenly lightning strikes them. Carlin and Dokko wake up at night. They don't remember exactly what they're doing here, but they agree to a draw.
