Other dub names: Who's Sorry Now? (4Kids)

Rosa is trying to clean Wally's house. She opens the window, but Wally wants it closed because he is feeling draughty and doesn't want to get sick. Rosa objects, claiming he is fine and needs some fresh air. This discourse enrages Wally enough to start yelling at her and break his window after slamming it with huge force. Offended, Rosa leaves. Wally goes to bed, but has a dream about her jumping off a cliff. Afraid for his friend's well-being, he runs off to find her.

Meanwhile, Rosa explains her situation to Olga. The latter says that she needs to wait for him to come back and apologize. When Rosa asks what to do if he doesn't, she replies that such behavior is unacceptable and and recalls how she used to have a great friend who one day hurt her feelings. She waited for him to apologize, but he didn't, so she left and never saw him again. Rosa wonders if that friend did it on accident, but Olga rejects the idea, claiming that he would have found out why she left. She decides to show Rosa what she used to wear at the time this incident happened, and starts rummaging in one of her travel trunks. Rosa notices a bunch of old magazines — Olga was subscribed to them, thinking she would read them in retirement. Suddenly, Rosa finds a sealed letter between the pages. The letter turns out to be from a friend Olga was just describing, who wrote her about thirty letters but with no response. They were put inside magazines because they were going to the same address. He doesn't understand why she left, assumes that she does not want to see him, and apologizes. Olga finishes reading the letter and cries bitterly among the scattered letters. Not wanting to repeat what Olga did, Rosa comes back to Wally, who is tired from the night, and announces that he can apologize.

Tropes:

  • Continuity Nod: Several of the items in Olga's house call back to previous episodes, including "My Precious" perfume on the table, a bottle of fish oil next to the travel trunk, as well as Santa Claus's staff and a box from a Chinese rose inside it.
  • I Never Got Any Letters: Olga reflects how she fought with her friend (or boyfriend), and never made up because she was waiting for his apology. Turns out there were something like thirty letters which were placed between the pages of a magazine she was ordering by mail and had no time to read.
  • Shout-Out: During Wally's dream, Rosa poses and wrings her hands, imitating actress Alisa Koonen.
  • Silent Movie: Wally's dream, Olga's story and the end credits are all designed to replicate a silent movie.
