After some more traveling the pod decides to rest. As they are eating a giant hermit crab appears from under a gelatinous rock and steals some of their food. Chisel then wrestles the hermit crab to get her food back and Anastia attempts to befriend the creature. Ato assists Anastia by giving the creature his share of the food. Ato and Anastia then rid the giant crab allowing for easier travel and end up naming it Gamgams. Chisel declines riding it as she's still angry about it stealing her food. Eventually, they come across a cave unfortunately Gamgams is too big to enter so she must stay at the entrance. As Chisel investigates she discovers its inhabited by Pokpo, small goblin like pufferfish people. After a fight they discover a half-eaten Pokpo and Chisel senses a monstrosity in the area. Moving further in they find an corpse of an Aciprian with a pouch of powdered quartz. They then try to stealthily kill the rest of the Pokpo but eventually a fight breaks out. After successfully defeating the Pokpo the episode ends.
