Sougo has chosen to continue fighting as Kamen Rider Zi-O. However, his choice came at a cost, as the flow of time has suddenly been changed! Suddenly appearing before Sougo and the others is Another Shinobi, who was created from the abilities of Kamen Rider Shinobi, who shouldn't even exist in this timeline's history! Also, another mysterious Woz appears before Sougo and the others and stands before the present Woz...!

- Alternate Self: Another Woz.
- Alternate Timeline: Another Woz comes from one where Oma Zi-O was defeated by Geiz Revive, allowing new, previously unknown Riders to exist.
- Oh, Crap!: Heure has this reaction the moment he realizes that he could not stop the car under Another Woz's control aimed right for him.
- Or Was It a Dream?: Sougo finds himself in the year 2022 in time to meet Kamen Rider Shinobi... only to then be revealed to be a dream once he awakens back in 2019.
- The End of the World as We Know It: Geiz and Tsukuyomi both mention Oma Day, the day Oma Zi-O is born and destroys all other Riders. Another Woz comes from an alternate timeline where this is averted by Geiz Revive coming to be and defeating Oma Zi-O.
- Wham Line: Another Woz delivers two. The first is mentioning that Geiz is the savior that saved the world from Oma Zi-O, and the second is via mentioning Geiz apparently has a form not yet shown called Geiz Revive.
