Embracing his new role as a Kamen Rider, Ikki gets a tip from an old man. Apparently his grandson is broadcasting a "Punishment Livestream", exposing a sweatshop exploiting its employees with a Deadman. Ikki decides to go after him himself, trying to understand how this could've happened. Meanwhile, FENIX is grappling with the sudden theft of many Vistamps, with many signs pointing to Captain Hiromi Kadota...

Tropes

• Freeze-Frame Bonus: Early in the episode, one can note how Kadota rips up his demotion letter at 10 pm, but the Vistamp thief steals his loot at 2 am. The next morning, Daiji looks awfully drowsy...
• Not Me This Time: The Deadmans leaders accused each other of goofing on choosing a poor contractor, but hearing each other out has them learn that neither of them did it, leaving them wondering who the actual culprit was.
• Wrong Assumption: With his lack of knowledge about what a lion is, Vice wrongfully assumes it's just a cat during Revice's Remix transformation, and forcefully forms an odd Maneki Neko-based form with himself "on top", before Revi corrects him and reverses their positions to form the actual lion.
