Summary
Ikki is trying his best to run Shiawase-Yu without his mother, as well as deal with the eventual eviction proceeding of their bathhouse. All of the sudden, his childhood friend Ayaka calls him, wanting to catch up with him, Unfortunately the proceedings are cut short when a man with a gun takes Ayaka and Sakura hostage. With their lives on the line, Ikki struggles to prove that he truly does care for the people around him as the gunman gets closer to his goal...

- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Aguilera and Oleteca talking to a figure shrouded in all black, with some very familiar black bejeweled sandals on their feet.
- Could Have Been Messy: In the first fight with the Kong Deadman, Revi almost hit Vice when the Ohinbuster50's Rex! Stamping Slash! finisher whiffed.
- Foreshadowing: Daiji asks to claim a second unnamed Driver belt George has developed, to make up for his blunder in using the Revice Driver. While George was skeptical about giving it to him, Yujiro only reminds him to not let his feelings interfere with his job. It remains unclear if he was allowed to have the Driver at that point. Turns out, this Driver will be used by Hiromi.
- Hostage Situation: Ayaka and Sakura get kidnapped by a gunman. Julio tells the Kamen Riders that he'll give the hostages for their Vistamps.
- Improvised Platform: During the final battle, in their Mammoth Genome forms Revi uses Vice's shield as one to leap onto the last group of Giff Juniors to defeat them.
- She Is Not My Girlfriend: When Sakura teases about Ayaka being Ikki's first love (with Vice believing so as well), he responds that she's just a childhood friend.
