Kit and the other rider escape from the dragon, but are split from each other in the process. However, the other rider manages to catch up with Kit next day and demands the Advent Deck again. They are interrupted by strange sound. The man explains it as a monster attack alert. They go on rescue.The man tells Kit to stay out of it, but Kit refuses and makes contract with the dragon, becoming Kamen Rider Dragon Knight. He aids in battle, but doesn't receive any sympathy for that whatsover. The other rider is angry at him for some reason and makes it well known before leaving.Returning home, Kit finds Maya waiting for him. She is writing for paranormal activities blog and thinks that his father's disappearence has something to do with mirror monsters. Her explanation is hindered by lack of computer so they set out to Grace's books, bookstore when Maya works.Battle alarm on the way there allows Kit to show Maya what a Kamen Rider looks like before heading off to alert's cause. There he meets new rider, who is even less friendly than the bat themed one he already knows.

- Big Damn Heroes: Kit arriving into the battle against the spider monster while it has Len tied up.
- Big "NO!": Coming from Len, when he sees Kit about to make a contract with the dragon.
- Dreaming of Things to Come: Kit dreams about himself making a contract with the dragon, which happens later into the episode. Zigzagged, as the footage of this is from the unaired pilot, not the episode itself.
- Foreshadowing: Len threatens Kit with being vented. It's not explained what he meant until two episodes later.
- Hey, You!: Maya wasn't being mean to Len, she just didn't know what else to call him.
