Gaz, Taster of Pork is an episode from Season 2 of Invader Zim.
Gaz is cursed by Dib into tasting every food she eats as tasting like pork.

- Abusive Parents: Professor Membrane when he observes Gaz as "Pig Girl", and starts a merchandise of her, meaning he is using his own daughter as his cash cow.
- Animation Bump: GIR's dog costume's mouth actually moves as he talks in this episode.
- Balloon Belly: Gaz's Imagine Spot has her going through this, with her belly getting bigger and bigger until her belly literally cracks the TV screen.
- Butt-Monkey: Dib, but the torment he goes through is deserving because he did curse Gaz on purpose.
- Can't Kill You, Still Need You: The trope that Dib weaseled out as a last-second excuse to convince Gaz not to destroy him with mashed potatoes since he's still working to reverse the curse he put on her.
- Continuity Nod: Dib asked Zim for help in freeing Gaz, with Dib bringing up they worked together in Bolognius Maximus to find a cure as they were both turning into giant sausages. However, Dib left out how he backstabbed Zim at the conclusion of their pursuit of the cure.
- A Day in the Limelight: For Gaz. Zim only has one scene in this double-length episode, GIR has two.
- The Dreaded Toilet Duty: At the end of the episode, Dib falsely assumes Gaz failed Shadowhog's test to undo her curse and begs to be punished instead as it's his fault she was cursed. Shadowhog agrees at Gaz's request and decides that Dib must clean his toilet. Dib doesn't think it's so bad until he looks inside.
- Glass-Shattering Sound: When Gaz screams "CURSE YOU!" repeatedly in class, a window next to her breaks due to her volume.
- Girliness Upgrade: Surprisingly, Gaz wears teddy bear winged footy pajamas in this episode.
- Furry Reminder: At one point, the Shadowhog snorts and later, it is shown that he uses a bathroom that is away from his eating and sleeping areas. Additionally, Dib refers to him as a pig.
- Humiliation Conga: It's bad enough Gaz can't taste any foods as the way they should and only as pork instead. Now, her dad created a national (or global) laughing stock branded as "Pig Girl" and markets use her like a cash cow to milk profits for merchandise by humiliating her. This just drives Gaz to get infuriated at Dib and promised vengeance on him.
- Imagine Spot: Gaz's lifetime curse of eating hot dogs is this, gaining a massive Balloon Belly where her belly cracks right through the TV screen.
- Offscreen Moment of Awesome: Dib and Gaz are trapped by the guards but in the next scene they are seen in beaver suits exiting a car.Dib: Woo! What an incredible and daring escape! That was amazing!
Gaz: I liked the part where the giant robot squid launched missiles at us. - Refuse to Rescue the Disliked: Dib asks Zim to help him save the former's sister. Zim laughs it off and tells him to get off his property or get blown to pieces by explosive monkeys.
