After crash landing in the park, Zim's cruiser is apprehended by a local cult of alien enthusiasts.
Tropes
- Book Ends: The episode begins and ends with the Voot Cruiser crashing after colliding with a bumble bee.
- The Cameo: Frank, the guy who made up the "prophecy" about Zim's coming, is played by (and resembles) Frank Coniff, from Mystery Science Theater 3000 fame, who also worked as a writer on the show.
- Department of Redundancy Department: GIR, in a robot suit, introduces himself to the saucer morons as "government man, come from the government. The government has sent me."
- Gas Leak Cover Up: Parodied; GIR, disguised as a "government man", claims that Zim, clearly a living being, is a experimental government aircraft.
- Here We Go Again!: After escaping the saucer morons, Zim and GIR crash into another bee and crash-land into a UFO convention.
- Hypocritical Humor: The episode opens with Zim running a police cruiser off the road and then laughing at its "pathetic" defenses. Seconds later, his own cruiser is destroyed when a bee flies into the windshield.
- Oh, Crap!: Zim after his disguise falls off, exposing his alien self to the cult.
- Would Hurt a Child: While flying the pig carrier through a playground, Zim smiles sadistically and speeds up as he finds himself flying towards a toddler in a sandbox. The child's father snatches him out of the way in the nick of time.
