- Drives Like Crazy: Because of his poor depth-perception (and generally insanity), Sebben hires Harvey to represent him after he's asked to go to court after hitting someone everyday in a week.
- Shy Bladder: Harvey doesn't feel comfortable going #2 while someone else is in the bathroom.
- Straw Loser: Twenty-six years after his last battle with Birdman, X is now overweight, living with his mother and has Birdman merchandise all over his basement-room. When he finds Birdman again, he acts more like a Loony Fan not worth Harvey's time than an actual nemesis.
