- Dude, Where's My Respect?: Much of the episode has Harvey be a Butt-Monkey around the office. Sebben leads him on about partnership, only to introduce Falcone to the staff, he has Harvey run meaningless errands no better than intern work, they take his office for "the ponies" while they make him moth into the bathroom and do all of Falcone's work, and it's even specifically labeled that Birdman is the only employee not allowed to use the company printer.
- Even the Guys Want Him: Some of the guys swoon along with the women to Falcone's schtick.
- The Last Straw: Falcone taking Harvey's lucky mug was this for him.
- Wham Episode: Harvey is found with Dynomutt, his corpse dismembered and stuffed in the printer.
