Golgo 13 is sent an anonymous opera ticket from a client wishing to enlist his help for a hit on a local mafia boss. The mysterious woman who hired him turns out to be a small time hooker named Linda who was taken in by the boss, a man named Marty who soon found himself falling madly in love with her. The affection isn't mutual however, with Linda hating Marty and wanting to be free of his reach so she can retire to Florida and be done with the mob. Golgo agrees to help, but to succeed he'll need to find a way to get past Marty's goons and right hand man.
- Boom, Headshot!: Several mob goons get their heads blown off in this episode, including Golgo's main target.
- False Rape Accusation: Linda kills off one of Marty's top thugs (Who also has a younger brother wanting to steal Marty's boss status.) by making it look like they were having an affair together behind his back. Later on she also threatens to do this to her mafia bodyguards if they don't leave her alone.
- Mafia Princess: Linda is one, though she hates the mafia and wants to get away from Marty. Ultimately, she decides to hire Golgo to kill him.
- Make It Look Like an Accident: Marty tosses one of his men out a top floor window and then buys off the police chief by paying for him and his wife to go on a summer vacation in Europe.
- Not Good with Rejection: When Golgo ignores Linda after completing his job she gets deeply offended and pulls a gun on him. No points for guessing what happens next.
