Tropes:

  • Amnesiac Hero: When Chaldea first finds him, Odysseus doesn't have any of his memories.
  • Amnesiac Resonance: Even with his memories stolen, just learning who he is restores Odysseus' ability to use his Noble Phantasm.
  • Arc Villain: While she had help from Asterios and Euryale with The Labyrinth, Medea Lily is the main cause of the Singularity and the one who stole away Odysseus's memories. All because she wanted Circe and Odysseus to hook up.
  • Art Shift: The flashback scenes are rendered in two colors and reminiscent of black-figure pottery.
  • Foreshadowing: During the prologue, Arjuna recounts how Osakabehime told him that those with white outfits are either prefects (which he calls himself when investigating Circe tracking their master's location) or student council presidents. Two years later, the White Day event has Arjuna Alter as a Student Council President.
  • I Meant to Do That: After turning up to explain the complicated solution to the laser-filled room in the labyrinth, Euryale haughtily claims that she didn't leave any signposted hints for this puzzle because she's a goddess and it was her whim. Cue Asterios turning up with the misplaced sign.
  • Important Haircut: Circe returns to her initial ascension, with short bobbed hair, as a sign of her fresh start.
  • Knights and Knaves: In the Labyrinth, the party comes across three gates guarded by Mephistopeles, Shakespeare and Great Stone Statue God, all three of whom are claiming that the other two are telling lies and they should trust them instead. Circe figures out that the real liar in all of this is the sign who is telling the party to break the paradox and go onward without looking back, with it instead saying to turn back to proceed. The three of them still attack as she also said that they were just a sideshow, pissing them off.
  • Laser Hallway: One of the rooms in the Labyrinth is one with targeted lasers aimed at whomever is trying to get to the other side of the room. Circe and Odysseus need to effectively dance through the laser blasts to press the two plates that will disable the lasers.
  • Maybe Ever After: The epilogue hints at the possibility that Circe and Odysseus might have a chance together, now that Circe has healthily processed her initial unrequited feelings and Odysseus musing on the possibilities of a "second lease" on life. At the very least, Circe herself is open to that option.
  • Not So Above It All: After Arjuna accidentally floods a room with melted ice and tries to shoot a switch, Orion concludes that beneath his sensible exterior he's just as chaos-prone as everyone else.
  • Running Gag: Georgios keeps taking pictures of the party, oftentimes during some of the more inappropriate moments, and the subject often lampshading his choices.
  • Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: When Circe realizes that the Rogue Servant they just saved from a bunch of wild animals is actually an amnesiac Odysseus, she quickly leaves the party to try and clear her head over it.
  • Sexy Soaked Shirt: When Arjuna uses his Noble Phantasm to melt an ice-covered room in the Labyrinth, the resulting water wave dunks on Circe. Jason, his mind running at super-speed, believes this trope might end up coming effect and, since Circe is the type who would likely turn anyone who saw her in such a state into a piglet, covers the protagonist's eyes. (Un)fortunately, Circe's clothing is apparently enchanted to not suffer this sort of thing, so she's fine afterwards.
  • Shipper on Deck: Medea Lily created the Singularity and erased Odysseus's memories of his wife to get her aunt back together with him.
