Peter gets an injury that gives him a high voice and becomes a member of the boy choir but gets bullied by the other choir boys and seeks the help of Jesus. Stewie becomes attracted to Lois when she begins working out and gains a muscular body.

- Adults Are Useless: When Peter tells the priest about the choir boys harassing him, he gives some unhelpful advice and mentions that he can't speak to children in private on account of the whole Pedophile Priest kerfuffle.
- Berserk Button: Lois chokes Chris when he attempts to compare her new built body to Madonna. She lets him go when he changes his statement to say that she looks like the mother from Modern Family.
- Incest Subtext: Stewie becomes lustful over Lois, his mother, on account of her new bulky body.
- Strange Minds Think Alike: When Lois orders Peter to cut the Swanson's power to one-up Bonnie when both of them are on exercising bikes, Peter is seen going over to Joe's with a hedgeclipper and greets Joe coming into his yard with a pair of hedgeclippers himself, greatly implying that Bonnie has also ordered Joe to cut Lois’ power.
