Original air date: 10/10/2003 (produced in 2002)

Join Dora and Boots on one "pleasing" adventure in which they must help a young King Kinkajou retrieve his crown and defeat their Swiper's ancestor by using the magic word: Please! ¡Por favor!

Tropes:

  • Arc Words: "¡Por favor!"; not only is it the magic word to make the crown come down, it is used multiple times on Dora and Boots' journey to Kinkajou, whenever they needed to get past an obstacle.
  • Caught in a Snare: Prior to reaching the Dragon's Forest, Dora and Boots encounter an owl caught in a net in a tree; Dora had to use scissors to cut the net and free him.
  • Crown of Power: The crown that Kinkajou wants to put on is magic and it won't come down unless he says "¡Por favor!".
  • Does Not Speak Common: The drawbridge speaks Spanish, so Dora and Boots had to say "Abajo, por favor" to get it to lower.
  • Foreign Language Title: ¡Por favor! means "Please in Spanish.
  • Near-Villain Victory: Sir Swiper almost manages to swipe Kinkajou's crown.
  • Portal Book: Dora and Boots jump into Kinkajou's book to help Kinkajou.
  • Race Against the Clock: Dora and Boots have to get to Kinkajou before Sir Swiper swipes his crown.
  • Slippery Soap: Slipperoni is well... slippery.
  • The Voiceless: Slipperoni does not speak.
