A Class Trip is disrupted by the Selfish Trio, prompting student body president Mana Aida to become a Pretty Cure for the first time.

- Pink Heroine: Like Cure Happy/Glitter Lucky before her, Cure Heart/Glitter Heart is decked out in pink. Notably, her hair turns yellow rather than staying pink, making her a blonde pink Cure like Cure Peach.
- Power Dyes Your Hair: Mana's magenta hair becomes bright yellow as Heart. This makes her the 4th pink Cure to not have pink hair, behind Cure Peach, Cure Bloom, and Shiny Luminous.
- Shout-Out: When trying to transform, Mana shouts "Henshin!".
