An argument between Miku and Chisato gives Nezi Yellow and Pink an opportunity in their contest to see which of them is the better Neziranger.

Despite arguing with each other, the two do actually care for each other. Nezi Yellow and Pink, however, admit to outright hating each other and their obsession with the Megaranger counterparts costs them their prisoner, with Nezi Pink later abandoned to fight the Megrangers on her own.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Miku is horrified when Chisato is kidnapped, and blames herself for it.
- One-Winged Angel: This episode reveals that the Nezi Rangers are monsters once discarding their Nezi Suits, Nezi Pink being the plant monster Nezi Jealous.
- Stupid Evil: Nezi Yellow outright calls Nezi Pink that in not thinking with her head. Even when Nezi Pink proves her peer wrong by grabbing Mega Yellow to use as bait, the latter escapes and outsmarts Nezi Pink.
- Wounded Gazelle Gambit: During the fight, Nezi Yellow gets the drop on Mega Yellow by assuming the form of a terrified child.
