Summary:
The pregnant Spike is about to be kicked out of Degrassi, as parents claim she sets a "bad example". This pisses off Caitlin so much that she writes up a piece, tries to get it into the school paper, fails because of it's bias, and then spreads the piece around herself, with many of the students agreeing with her. However, it comes all crashing down on her when Spike chews her out over making her problem a public affair.Tropes:
- Creator Cameo: In the cold open, Caitlin sees a couple of parents leaving the principal's office disgusted at Spike's presence at Degrassi. The man is Kit Hood, the co-creator of the show and of the franchise as a whole, while the woman is Kathryn Ellis, the show's publicist.
- Freeze-Frame Ending: Spike looking back at Caitlin as she approaches the school.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Spike gives one to Caitlin over the paper.
- Sexiness Score: Joey, Wheels and Snake rate the poster of fashion models in their lockers. L.D. walks by as they're doing it, and is disgusted, calling them sexist chauvinists. Later when L.D. and Alexa are leaving school they rate them as well, pissing off L.D. To get back at the boys, she and Alexa bring posters of Hunk models and pin-up in their lockers and start rating the boys just like they did earlier, and they don't enjoy being on the other end of the objectification.
- Voiceover Letter: As Caitlin spreads her rant against Spike's situation around school.
