After being ignored despite fighting off a supervillain, Batgirl and Supergirl turn to Max Lord for advice on improving their public image.

- Mythology Gag: "World's Finest" was an anthology comic that frequently featured Batman and Superman teaming up, which is fitting for an episode about Batgirl and Supergirl.
- Playing Both Sides: Max Lord was not only representing Supergirl and Batgirl, but also Giganta — her kidnapping the mole was one of his stunts.
- Save the Villain: Supergirl and Batgirl reluctantly have to save Max from Giganta.
- Suddenly Voiced: Despite being mute throughout all of season 1, Jimmy Olsen suddenly gets to speak. It helps that Lois Lane isn't around to cut him off.
- Take That!: Jimmy gets excited when he hears that Batman and Superman are fighting each other. It gathers a large crowd, even though the two are just playing a fighting video game against each other.
