Arriving at New Mexico to continue their investigation on what's causing the livestock deaths, Felix believes that the "Sulfuric malevolent force" might not be responsible for the deaths in the area, but rather a Chupacabra is to blame. When they arrive at Taos Pueblo, they find art instructor Paul Etter disemboweled by said creature.

- Androcles' Lion: Susan found her Chupacabra when it was just a baby, she took it in after mistaking it for a sick puppy. When it got bigger it had no qualms of snacking on the other farms' livestock and than it's owners own brother.
- Animal Assassin: A Chupacabra, of course, you even find (And Luke shoots) the one that killed Paul later!
- The Bus Came Back: Bathsheba's back. Again. She turns out to be a little more useful here.
- Cain and Abel: Susan's surely the Cain.
- Call-Back: Bathsheba states she misses Bigfoot still.
- Caught on Tape: Turns out, when you arrest Susan, Luke recorded her fessing up to the murder, so the cops have all they need to charge her.
- Gratuitous Spanish: One of the killers traits is that they speak Spanish, that would be the only way they could've sicced a Chupacabra on Paul.
- Insurance Fraud: Susan's overall motive for killing her own brother, to get some sweet life insurance money to save her farm when siccing her Chupacabra on the rival farms' livestock didn't work.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: Jesse, the killer from the previous case doesn't remember killing Rainee, and Gwen's new fling Justine doesn't remember killing her sister. We later learn that the reason was they were both possessed by the same ghost.
- Pet Monstrosity: Turns out, that Chupacabra belongs to Susan.
- Sibling Murder: The victim's sister, Susan turns out to be the owner of that Chupacabra that murdered her brother. Also, Justine murdered her sister yet doesn't remember it.
