Upon reporting to Chief Jacob Arrow of the Supernatural Hunters, the player is sent to a Seattle cemetery with Gwen to investigate the murder of recent high school graduate Lucy Winter, it's very clear it's a vampire who murdered her.
Tropes:
- Accidental Murder: DJ Blood didn't mean to drain Lucy dry of her blood, but since he didn't taste fresh blood for quite a while...
- Creepy Cemetery: Where the hunters find Lucy's bloodless body, propped up against a tombstone too.
- Death by Gluttony: Well, it's actually the killer's gluttony that killed poor Lucy. DJ Blood hadn't tasted fresh blood for a while he couldn't resist sucking the girl dry.
- Meaningful Name: DJ Blood.... Yes, that means not only he's a vampire, but the one to suck Lucy dry, even if it's accidental.
- Shout-Out:
- Take a look at Dr. Aculus, he looks like one very famous vampire.
- Stalker without a Crush: Lucy to DJ Blood, first it was sending a crap ton of letters, and she even broke into his house at one point, making him get a restraining order against her.
- Vampire Bites Suck: Well... Clearly things didn't go well for Lucy.
- Vampires Hate Garlic: Well, the killer has a garlic allergy and just so happens to be a vampire, so close enough here?
- Vampire Vannabe: Turns out, when Lucy found out DJ Blood was actually a vampire, she wanted to be turned into one... DJ Blood overdid his part.
- Voluntary Vampire Victim: Lucy was mainly because she wanted to be a vamp herself... It went horribly wrong on DJ Blood's part.
- Wham Episode: This case and the entire season is this, showing that the supernatural does exist in Criminal Case. Well, more than stuff we've seen before.
