Primarily based on Hollywood Hills, Ivywood Hills is a hillside neighborhood famous for its film making industry, popular celebrities, and rich inhabitants, many of which are notorious due to the influence of a peculiar cult that promises fame and fortune... for a fee, that is.
The main focus of Ivywood Hills is dealing with the Utopians, the aforementioned religious cult that practically has control over the entire district thanks to its rapidly growing influence and followers, and is planning to mass brainwash the entire world during an important awards show so they're worshiped for eternity.
