Lizzie
Underappreciates
Nigel's
Chowtime
Hardworkingness

At school, Numbuh One is doing practice sessions in some kind of training machine. When the lights start to flash, he asks the computer what's up, and it tells him it's a "Code: L". Nigel panics and says "Abort, abort!" before landing out of his locker onto the ground. Lizzie is standing there, and she scolds him on embarrassing himself in front of everyone. She tells him that she'll treat him to lunch, so that he won't have to work as hard.

In the cafeteria, the kids are happily eating when some men in green tights and hats enter dramatically. They are Robin Food and his Hungry Men (an obvious parody of Robin Hood), who sing a ridiculous song about Robin Food stealing food from the young and giving it to the old. Robin Food orders Little Juan (pun on Little John, one of Robin Hood's merry men) to collect the kids' lunches, which he does while commenting on everything he collects. The band then leaves, as Robin Food promises, "Perhaps we can have lunch again sometime... yours, that is!". Furious, Lizzie stands up and tells Nigel to stay while she collects their lunch. He doesn't want to, until Lizzie yells at him.

Leaving him, Lizzie returns to Nigel's locker, which turns into armor, the KND LOCKAHSOCKAH (Locker Operated Cybernetic Klanky Armor Has Stinky Old Clothes Kannon Arms, Hooray!). She goes to Sure Would Forest Retirement Home (a pun of Sherwood Forest, where Robin Hood resides), where she bursts in and starts knocking around Robin Food and his Men. Robin Food calls Lizzie a monster, and explains that his mission is to collect food from the kids to give it to hungry, elderly people. Lizzie cries, saying she didn't know, and says they can keep all the kids' lunches. Then, Lydia, Numbuh 2's grandmother and head of the Senior Citizen Squad, interrupts and says that they don't like children's food and that Robin Food was supposed to be serving them old people food. Transforming into their giant robot, Senior Citizen, Lydia, Sheldon, and Maurice warn Lizzie that she should leave before things get messy.

She takes the lunch and returns to school, while the SCS proceed to give Robin Food the biggest thrashing he's ever had. Back at Gallagher Elementary, Lizzie returns to the lunchroom to find "Nigie" waiting. They open the lunchbox to find nothing but a single piece of celery. Lizzie yet again scolds Nigel, who sighs, at being chunky.

End Transmission

Tropes included in this episode:

  • Bait-and-Switch: When the Senior Citizen Squad form their robot and prepare to attack, Lizzie thinks she's the target and apologizes for ignoring just how hungry they were, only for them to correct her and explain they want to beat up Robin Food and his Men for serving unwanted junk food.
  • The Cameo: While Nigel waits for Lizzie to come back to him with her lunch, Hoagie and Wallabee show up just to tell him that school was over.
  • A Day in the Limelight: Lizzie is the one who fights off evil adults while Nigel appears at the beginning and end of the episode.
  • Foreshadowing: Just before Lizzie enters the retirement home's cafeteria, Lydia is actually shown complaining to Robin Food and telling him she doesn't want onion rings, hinting that the elderly at the retirement home are not actually happy with Robin Food giving them children's food.
  • Hypocritical Humor: At the end it's revealed that the lunch Lizzie made is a single piece of celery. She goes on to rant about how much weight Numbuh 1's been putting on, especially in comparison to her own flawless figure, despite him being lean and her being noticeably overweight.
  • Laborious Laziness: Apparently to Robin Food, cooking the old person's food he's supposed to is so much more work than it is to steal it from kids.
  • Large Ham: Robin Food, himself.
  • Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist: Robin Food's Hungry Men don't actually give a damn about the diets of the senior citizens and just steal from the children because they're too lazy to cook.
  • Oh, Crap!: Robin Food gets one when Lizzie takes over her fight of him.
Robin: (leaping in the air to bring his staff down on the LOCKAHSOCKAH) YO HOOOOO-
[Lizzie catches the staff, leaving Robin dangling from it]
    Robin: ...oh, rubbish.
  • Pet the Dog: Lydia briefly thanks Lizzie for being willing to give up her lunch until she has to explain the senior citizens don't want her food because they can't eat or digest it. Lydia and the Senior Citizen Squad also spare Lizzie and allow her leave with her lunch, since they really want to beat up Robin Food and his Men for not doing their job in serving food the elderly actually need.
  • Powered Armor: The LOCKAHSOCKAH.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: It turns out the elderly at the retirement home do not like the food Robin Food steals from children. Why? Because it messes with their digestive systems and bridgeworks, being loaded with fat, salt, sugar, grease and processed to hell, with one man even complaining about how he's been constipated for weeks because of the fatty food.
  • Too Dumb to Live: Crossing with Never My Fault, Robin Food apparently can’t fathom the elderly not only not wanting the “munchkin” food he and his gang keep stealing, but tells them to rejoice for their next heist, and is oblivious to Lydia wanting to beat the ever-loving tar out of him until the episode's end. Talk about dense as a brick.
  • To the Tune of...: Robin Food's song was sung to a medieval-style tune of the Rainbow Monkeys song.
  • Villain Song: Robin Food and his hungry men have Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
Robin Food, Robin Food / Not your thieving average dude
With his band of hungry men / He comes to school at noon and then...
He robs from the young (and the rude) [at the old folks home] (and crude)/ And gives to the old (Oh, how shrewd.) [at the old folks home] (Oh, nice dude!)
    Robin Food...Robin Food... / Yo-ho.
  • You Do Not Want To Know: Lydia kindly advises Lizzie to leave the retirement home because she does not want her to see the asskicking Robin Food's about to get.
