Tandy is consumed with getting answers about the Roxxon cover up. To get the answers she is looking for, Tandy tests out her power to gain new insights. Tyrone, on the other hand, is focusing on being a normal kid as the basketball state finals approach. With so much weighing on him lately, can he truly push everything to the side and win the big game for Billy? Meanwhile, Detective O'Reilly looks into the city's drug problems to get some answers of her own.


  • Auto Erotica: It begins with Bridgid having sex in a car.
  • Dirty Cop: Brigid lets Connors catch her doing coke so she can work him.
  • Fixing the Game: One ref in particular is making a string of bad calls. When he touches Ty, Ty sees his fear of getting mutilated by gangsters.
  • Jerkass: Scarborough, the evil boss Tandy's seen in everyone's hopes. She shows up on his doorstep claiming a flat tire and a dead cell phone, asking to use his phone. Subverted when he refuses to let her use his phone instead grabs a tire iron and insists on teaching her to change her tire. Then double subverted when she looks at his hopes and sees him looting his workers' corpses.
  • Justice by Other Legal Means: O'Reilly believes Tyrone about how his brother truly died, but doubts they will be able to get James Connors arrested for it. However, since Tyrone knows Connors is also involved in drug trafficking, he suggests O'Reilly that they try to get him arrested for that instead.
  • Musicalis Interruptus: When Tyrone teleports to the Roxxon party, the background music sputters out when Tandy sees him.
  • Second Place Is for Losers: The fears Tyrone inadvertently sees of some of the opposing team players implies that their family members think this.
  • Sexual Karma: Evita rewards Ty for throwing the game.
  • Throwing the Fight: Having seen all their fears, Tyrone knows the players on the other team are desperate to prove themselves and that the ref is in trouble with loan sharks, so he intentionally bricks the last shot of the game.
