It's Halloween. Dex doesn't know how to handle Phoebe being a witch, while she thinks she might be pregnant. Intrigued by the cover story invented by agent Murphy (that the Halliwells were in witness protection) a group of journalists surround the Manor, and Paige deals with the journalist from Bay Mirror who leads the charge. Billie chases a demon, but every time she sees him, she is reminded of a painful memory and freezes up.

- Cross-Referenced Titles: With the penultimate episode Kill Billie Vol. 2. This is the episode where the story arc with Billie's sister Christy starts, and Kill Billie Vol. 2 is more or less when it ends.
