Denji is able to defeat the Eternity Devil by tearing it apart until it begs to die. Afterward, Himeno and Aki arrange for all of Division 4 to attend a drinking party so Arai and Kobeni won't leave and they could potentially learn what Makima knows about Denji.

- Breather Episode: Aside from the Eternity Devil fight in the beginning and a couple of Flashbacks, most of the episode's focus is on Division 4's drinking party, with many wacky antics occurring.

- The fight with the Eternity Devil is interplayed with a flashback of Himeno talking to Kishibe about Aki and her trying to get Aki out of Public Safety.
- After Denji swallows Himeno's vomit, we are then treated to a flashback of a younger Denji and Pochita eating a burger while Denji mocks a couple of rats for eating vomit on the ground.
- Fun with Homophones: Denji sees kisu (a type of fish meat) on the restaurant menu and remembers that beating the Eternity Devil means Himeno owes him a kiss (the English word in Japanese being pronounced "kisu").
- Pixellation: Most of the vomit, both pouring from Himeno's mouth to Denji's and sitting on the ground in a flashback, is pixellated. The effect is so narrowly focused, it doesn't make it much less gross.

- Fun with Homophones: The lyrics "Get get get on" sound similar to the Japanese word for vomit (which is gero). The lyrics even have katakana that romanize to "gero".
- Sudden Video-Game Moment: It starts with pixel RPG recreations of Kobeni entering the drinking party and Denji's first encounter with Makima.
