Recap / Brave Witches Ep 8 Grape Juice For Your Eyes

Go To

While going through the supplies Eila and Sanya brought with them to Petersburg, the Witches find an FP-45 Liberator pistol. The pistol is deemed useless as anything more than a novelty item, but Krupinsky convinces Hikari that it is a good luck charm who eagerly takes it. Meanwhile, Britannia is sending a vital secret convoy to the port of Murmansk, and the Brave Witches are assigned to defend it when it arrives in Orussian waters. Krupinsky is put in charge of the mission and is initially unenthusiastic, but changes her mind and jumps at it when shown the photo of the cute British witch that is protecting the fleet until their rendezvous. Krupinski chooses Kanno, Hikari, and Nippa to join her on the mission and the four make their way to Murmansk. A Neuroi attacks the fleet and the Brave Witches are sent out to defend it, but Krupinski is hungover from a night of binge drinking. Hikari gives her the Liberator for luck, and Krupinski seemingly destroys the Neuroi but is hit in the mayhem. It is then revealed that it was blocked by the Liberator being stored in her breast pocket. But unknown to the Witches, the Neuroi reforms after the battle and absorbs Krupinsky's Striker Unit.
