Steven learns of Harry's involvement in Tyronn Anderon's death, and he also realizes how out of touch he is with students. Sheryl Holt posts footage of Lauren showering on her website. Harvey ruffles feathers in Lisa's Shakespeare class.

  • Adults Are Useless: Scott derides Sean Jacobs' father as a "bad parent" for ignoring his son's drug problem. Steven chides him for it.
  • Big "SHUT UP!": Steven bellows "Hey!" to put a stop to Louisa and Lisa's cat-fighting.
  • Cat Fight: Louisa and Lisa engage in a verbal one. Steven quickly puts a stop to it.
  • Drunk with Power: Scott embarks on a suspending spree after kicking out Patrick Connelly and Sean Jacobs for their respective crimes.
  • Grave-Marking Scene: In the closing scene, Harry visits Tyronn's grave and leaves flowers there.
  • I Gave My Word: Harry supplies this as his reasoning for not saying anything about Tyronn's crime.
  • Loophole Abuse: Scott turns this around on Sheryl to teach her an object lesson about abusing one's personal rights.
  • Rage Breaking Point: Michelle Ronning's complaints, Lisa's position, Harry's complicity in Tyronn's death, and Harvey's craziness all prompt Steven to burst into Scott's office to harp about his recent troubles.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Steven chews Harry out something fierce after learning he knew Tyronn murdered a rival gang member.
