All aboard the Bandit Express.
Bingo is playing house, with an imaginary father, herself as the mother, and a doll as their puppy. Bingo exits the house and prepares to board a "train". Bandit enters, being the engineer, with chairs as the train. Bingo jumps onto one of the chairs and Bandit pushes her around.

He takes her to another room, where Chilli is pretending to be a daycare teacher, and Bingo drops off her doll at the "daycare". She boards the "train" again, and Chilli goes into the kitchen, where she starts pretending to be a vet. Bandit drops Bingo off at the "vet's".

Bingo and Chilli start playing at being vets together, until Bandit arrives again with his fake train to pick Bingo up. Then, Chilli goes back to the pretend daycare, which Bingo picks her doll up from. Then, Bandit arrives again with the play train and takes Bingo back to the playhouse.

Bandit then uses his pretend train to pick up Bluey, who puts a toy cat on one of the chairs and drinks a drink. Bandit tells her no food or drink, and to put the "cat" on her lap. Bluey refuses to budge and so is made to show him her (imaginary) ticket. She tells him to lick it and rub it on his face, and then yells, "This isn't a train ticket; it's a piece of poo!". Bandit then tells Bluey to get off his "train".

Bingo is frustrated since she wants to get on the "train" too, but eventually, Bandit arrives and brings Bingo back to the play daycare. Chilli pretends that the doll missed story time, then Bluey boards the pretend train again with her toy cat. Bandit picks up the toy cat to put it on Bluey's lap and pretends it's attacking him, while Chilli pretends to phone Bingo from the play vet clinic complaining of Bingo's lateness.

Bandit arrives with the pretend train and drops Bingo off at the pretend vet's office, where Chilli pretends that the polar bear escaped. Bluey puts glasses on herself and her toy cat and a fake moustache on herself, pretending that she's disguised as an Egyptian neighbour, then the toy polar bear "attacks" Bandit, Bluey, and the toy cat, knocking the accessories off. Bluey exclaims that her "cat" is hurt, so Bandit takes her to the "vet", past Chilli and Bingo, who are pretending to be old women.

Chilli, as the vet, claims that the office is shut because the polar bear ate all the other animals. Bandit takes Chilli and Bluey with the toy cat to Bingo's "house", where she "treats" the toy cat. Then, the Heelers decide to start the game again.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Accessory-Wearing Cartoon Animal: Bandit wears a cap when being a train engineer, then Bluey pretends to disguise herself by putting on glasses and a fake moustache and glasses on her toy cat.
  • Acting for Two: In-universe example; Chilli plays both the daycare teacher and a vet.
  • Bears Are Bad News: In the game, the polar bear is short-tempered and growly, attacks Bandit, and eats all the other animal patients.
  • Black Comedy Pet Death: The game features a polar bear eating all the other animals at the vet at one point.
  • Bowdlerize: On Disney Junior/Disney+ airings, Bluey's line, "It's a piece of poo!" is changed to, "That's a slug!"
  • Cats Are Mean: Parodied when Bandit pretends the cat (actually a toy one) is attacking him.
  • Easily Forgiven: A rather wholesome example. In-Universe, Bluey's character has been nothing but cheeky towards Bandit's character throughout the story, even to the point of inconveniencing his passengers. At one point, Bluey's character has an emergency when her pet cat is hurt. Rather than begrudge Bluey's character for being troublesome, Bandit's character generously allows her to use the express train to get her pet somewhere they can receive medical attention, no hesitation. After all, it is his job.
  • Glasses of Aging: Chilli and Bingo pretend to be old women and put glasses on.
  • Grossout Fakeout: Bluey pretends to trick Bandit into rubbing poo on his face.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: The polar bear in the game gets "cranky" when he's hungry, when he doesn't like how Chilli tickled him, or for no reason at all.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Bluey plays a woman who breaks train rules, refuses to stop breaking them, and tricks the train engineer into smearing poo on his face, but still cares about her cat.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: In-Universe, Bluey's character continually breaks rules on the train and not only inconveniences the Train conductor, but also other characters who rely on Bingo's character boarding the train on time. Her flagrant rule breaking does set off a chain of events where her character's pet cat is injured by an angry polar bear. What's more, when Bluey's character tries to get her cat to the vet's office, she learns they had to shut down because of an incident set off by the vet coming in late, courtesy of the aforementioned character. Thankfully, for Bluey's "cat", they're able to take a train to the "vet's" house.
  • Playing House: Bingo pretends to be a married woman with a puppy.
  • Prank Injuries: Bandit covers himself in bandages to pretend Bluey's "cat" wounded him.
  • Saying Sound Effects Out Loud: Chilli says, "Ring ring!" when pretending to phone Bingo.
  • Scratchy-Voiced Senior: Bingo and Chilli put on scratchy voices when pretending to be old.
  • Speak in Unison: The Heelers (except Bandit) say, "Hooray!" when Bingo pretends to treat an injured cat.
  • Split-Screen Phone Call: Parodied. Chilli and Bingo are seen on a split screen during their play phone call.
  • Tempting Fate: Parodied. Bandit says he doesn't like being attacked by animals, before being play-attacked by a toy polar bear.
  • Tongue Twister: Chilli has a hard time saying, "six sick skunks".
