Bluey's playgroup is thrown into chaos when Indy's baby hospital clashes with Rusty's knights and dragons game. However, they soon find that their games are quite similar.

- Ambiguous Situation: "Indy wanted to play early baby, like her sister in real life." Does this mean that Indy has a sister who was born prematurely, or is her older sister the mother of the early baby, who would be Indy's niece or nephew?
- Bottle Episode: The entire episode takes place inside the school.
- Comically Missing the Point: While Indy has surface-level knowledge about Premature Birth Drama due to having witnessed the phenomenon with her sister, she doesn't correct Bluey's misinterpretation of the baby being born only hours earlier than expected.
- In Medias Res: The episode starts with Bluey's friend group getting into an argument with Rusty over who ruined whose game. Even when Calypso gives Rusty the platform to speak first, he starts at the end of his tale rather than from the start. No one knows how his side fully plays out until after Bluey finishes with her story.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": Indy, Bluey and Chloe scream in horror when Rusty shows up holding the baby. A premature one, no less.

- Premature Birth Drama: It’s revealed that Indy’s sister either had or was a premature baby. While the baby is fine, Indy shows Bluey and Chloe how the nurses helped the mother and baby.
- Shout-Out: The game Rusty, Coco and Snickers play is extremely similar to the story of Saint George, with Snickers playing a dragon that terrorizes a town and Rusty playing a knight who goes to rescue the king's daughter after she's chosen as a sacrifice.
