Anagram for: "The past will" (or "Will the past")

- Double-Meaning Title: Like others in the first ten episodes, "Split the Law" is an anagram. It doubles as a reference to the Jurisdiction Friction between the CIA and the FBI that comes to the fore in this episode.
- False Flag Operation: The hold-up at the MWA was this so the terrorists could break out one of their own members, an expert bomb maker, from a CIA black site.
