A war of opposites is often difficult to resolve.
The team receive a distress call from a young girl named Probity, whose planet is at war. They decide to help out in the war, but discover that war's more complicated than they thought.
  • Arms Dealer: Argit is making a profit by selling both sides their own guns by just recolouring them. Also Kevin joins in on the action.
  • Bittersweet Ending: Heavily on the bitter side, Ben and his team stop the war between the reds and blues, but by accidentally destroying the statue of Zavin they were fighting over as Way Big, causing both sides to unite into the Purple Army against Ben, and Kevin loses the money he earned from selling weapons in the process. According to Probity, this has caused conditions to worsen with Probity losing her home and having to work double time to pay for school, beginning to hate Ben more than war, even. But after her recorded message, Probity finds the chest of money Kevin left behind.
  • The Bus Came Back: Argit, who hasn't shown up since season 1 returns here as an Arms Dealer for both sides.
  • Enemy Mine: Once both sides get tired of Ben and his team's shenanigans, they decide to team up and drive them off the planet.
  • Mediation Backfire: How the episode ends, with the Red and Blue Armies uniting as the Purple Army, in order to attack Ben and the other protagonists, who flee their planet by the end.
Ben: All I wanted to do was help. How could it have gone so wrong?
Gwen: At least they're united now.
    Ben: Yeah, against me.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: To put it simply, this episode is nothing but Ben screwing up peacemaking.
    • He offers to shake hands with both generals after they declare a truce, but since he chose to shake the Blue General’s hand with his right (Blues shake with their left), the latter uses that as an excuse to restart the war.
    • When he gives a speech condemning war to both sides as Waybig, Ben ends up smashing the statue of Zamen, getting both sides to gang up on him.
  • Palette Swap: The two sides are palette swaps of each other: one's blue, the other's red.
  • Reconcile the Bitter Foes: The main objective of Ben and his team for this episode, regarding the red and blue army.
  • Silly Reason for War: The two species are fighting over whether their greatest sage was red-skinned or blue-skinned, which is impossible to tell since the only statue of him has faded completely.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: Kevin, who has been generally getting better the past two seasons, dips into his asshole side when he works with Argit and sells weapons. This line pretty much sums it up nicely:
    Kevin: (starts crying)
Gwen: Kevin, are you crying? Oh, you do have a heart!
Kevin: (sobbing) Yeah, that's what poor people have instead of money.
