In this BFDI short, Firey tells the viewers how happy he is to be back, while Coiny is determined to find out when a slug will come out of its hole. This short was originally released to announce the release date of IDFB 1—September 1, 2016.
"BFDI Is Back" contains examples of:
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Firey and Coiny show concern for each other despite the fact that they used to have a burning hatred for one another, and Needle doesn't seem to mind being called "Needy". Oddly enough, this is one of only two BFDI shorts to be considered canon!
