- Tim goes as far as to cover Damian's bedroom with lasers in response for Damian ruining his mug.
- The Dreaded: When the prank war gets too out of hand, Batman tells them to stop...under threat of getting Alfred involved. The two immediately agree to call a truce.
- Escalating War: Tim and Damian's pranks become increasingly out of hand over the course of the episode. What starts as a borrowed pen ends with Damian covered in glitter and Tim's hair dyed green.
- Ironic Echo: Tim makes a statement to Damian about he "should really learn to share". Cut to the next day when Damian returns Tim's now ruined coffee mug with the same phrase thrown back at his face.
