Boondorio: On the last Burst-Acceleration!
Taiya: It's Mira's first delivery job since joining the team.
Mira: I did well! Didn't I, Shashiro?
Ishiro: It's Ishiro. Taiya and I did most of the work, all you did was just fumble along—
Mira: You say that, but you did acknowledge me as part of the team, right Shashiro?
Ishiro: It's Ishiro, and I haven't exactly—
Mira: I'm so gonna Boonboom Burst-Accelerate from here on! Alright, Ishiro?
Ishiro: It's Shashiro! Huh?
All: Huh?
(Beat)
Boondorio: His name is actually Ishiro Meita! But, apparently reading the "I" as "Sha" gets you "Shashiro" instead. Bakua-GET ON!!

At one of her part-time jobs, Mira encounters a child who wants to send a coveted mirror to his grandmother. She asks Taiya if she can borrow the SuperCar for her delivery, but Taiya refuses on the basis that she should be able to do the delivery with her own power. Armed with a bicycle and sheer willpower, Mira sets off on a journey to the countryside. During the mission, Tokei Grumer suddenly shows up, telling everyone to "stop moving" unless they want to be slashed in half.

Tropes

  • Bait-and-Switch: Mira casually passes by the fight with Tokei Grumer and stops a while later, implying she realised she Failed a Spot Check regarding the fight. Turns out she just thinks she was heading in the wrong direction, and casually passes by the fight again. This goes on for a few times until she finally notices, but when it looks like she is about to help Taiya and Ishiro with Tokei Grumer, she instead gives a thumbs-up and says "good luck". The two are understandably confused by this.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Just when it looks like Mira's delivery quest is jeopardized by Tokei Grumer attacking her, Taiya and Ishiro arrive in dramatic fashion by firing the Boonboom SuperCar's rocket engine right in its face.
  • Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Akuse returning to his police station and meeting Shirabe Saibu, the ISA investigator, who assigns him a "special mission".
  • Freeze-Frame Bonus: A wall display in the Boonboomger base features three hubcaps referencing the previous vehicle-based Sentai and their debut dates — "Turbo 1989 2-25", ''Carran 1996 3-01", and "Go-On 2008 2-17".
  • Match Cut: Mira's groan of disappointment at Taiya denying her use of the SuperCar is juxtaposed with the Sanseaters getting chewed out hard by Mad Rex.
  • Poor Communication Kills: Taiya and Ishiro assumed Mira was on an Unspoken Plan Guarantee to be bait for Tokei Grumer, but Mira reveals that she had zero idea what was going on because she was solely focused on delivering the kid's mirror to his grandma, specifically following Taiya's earlier Exact Words of tasking her to make the delivery all by her own.
  • Spanner in the Works: Taiya and Ishiro eventually figured out about Tokei Grumer's specific hate towards moving objects. Their attempt on exploiting said weakness is foiled by Jou and Mira being at wrong place, obviously making movement themselves.
  • With This Herring: Downplayed. While Taiya denies Mira the use of the SuperCar to do her delivery, he does contract Genba to give her a bicycle and a bike helmet for her to use. Genba even lampshades it, noting how Taiya has the new recruit working her way up.
Genba: Got her grinding experience, huh?
