Lookit the Fuzzy Heads has examples of:
- Anvil on Head: One of the misfortunes that befall on Elmyra while chasing after Mindy.
- Chasing a Butterfly: Invoked; when the Warners come across Buttons and Mindy, Wakko winds up a toy puppy so Mindy can chase it. Buttons is about to chase after Mindy, but Yakko stops him so that Elmyra can chase Mindy instead, resulting in Elmyra taking all of the abuse that Buttons usually takes, and Buttons getting a well-deserved break.
- Crossover: With Tiny Toon Adventures.
- The Door Slams You: Elmyra suffers this while chasing after Mindy.
- Names to Run Away from Really Fast: Needless to say, the Warners are far from excited when they see their joint therapy patient is Elmyra.
- Pet the Dog: The Warners stop Buttons in his track to chase Mindy so Elmyra can take his place, needless to say the dog is overjoyed at seeing his usual fate befall on somebody else.
No Face Like Home has examples of:
- Diegetic Soundtrack Usage: Whilst he's sitting in the waiting room reading a magazine, Skippy is seen humming the show's theme tune.
- Dude Looks Like a Lady: Downplayed, near the end of the short Slappy forces Walter to undergo surgery and ask the surgeons to turn his face into someone's else, the next scene reveals that Walter's face is now Hello Nurse's.
- Playing Possum: A variation in that Slappy pretends being sedated.
- Shoot the Television: After showing Skippy a bland environmental cartoon, Slappy throws a bomb at the TV.
- Take That!: How do the surgeons make Slappy unconscious? By making her watch Alan Alda movies. Slappy would prefer to get whacked on the head with a hammer.
