Stan protests the destruction of a tree that acted as his father when he was a child. Meanwhile, Steve visits a German Mad Scientist to help him be taller.note Originally aired January 25, 2016.
- Dramatic Irony: At the end, Stan says that his tree father will now serve a greater purpose. Cue the next scene showing the tree being made into handles for axes used to cut down more trees to make even more axe handles.
- Innocuously Important Episode: This episode is surprisingly relevant to the show in hindsight for two reasons; It introduces the Bazooka Sharks, as well as Dr. Kalgary and Billy. The team would go on to be a regular fixture in Langley Falls as their premier pro sports team in many future episodes, with the status of the team and the stadium being plot relevant in many episodes, while Dr. Kalgary and Billy would go on to become recurring supporting characters instead of just one-shot characters.
