While Stan and Francine go to Bosnia to visit the former Olympic sites, Steve and his friends have a party for social outcast kids — and two men said to be Steve and Snot from the future go back to warn them that their friendship is in danger because of the party. Meanwhile, Roger gets revenge on the waitress who didn't compliment his order.

- Non Sequitur Causality: The boys pulling off a successful party with the uncool kids leads to a future where Steve becomes a toned hunk and Snot becomes homeless, the two no longer being friends. As they try and avert Snot's future, it makes Steve more tan, and more ripped, while Snot gets increasingly worse, becoming a transvestite hooker with a hole in his throat, a serial killer convict, then somehow hybridized with a turtoise, then completely a turtoise.
