Spencer learns that Coop is joining Tyrone's gang so she can topple him down from the inside, having deduced that it was him who ordered the hit on Shawn. Not wanting to let her be in danger, Spencer organizes a community event to clean up Crenshaw's public park so they can gain signatures to pass an ordinance prohibiting gangs from trashing the park. But his task won't be easy, as the Bloods are out to prevent him from gaining support. Meanwhile, Jordan is reconnecting with his grandfather Willie, while Layla is fending off the negative publicity surrounding her relationships with Asher and Spencer.
