Professor Ramses, Winnie's employer and Von Paljas' old friend, is seriously ill. He tells her the medicine can only be found in the pyramid of Tut Kat Kammon, so Alfred and Paljas travel to explore the pyramid.

- Ancient Egypt: Appears in the form of the "Land of Pyramids", which is clearly Egypt in all but name, complete with mummies, pharaohs, similar pyramids. It even has a sphinx, which despite appearing in a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, still has a human face.
- The Cameo: Snel is in Ramses' class and gets one line, asking the professor if he's okay.
- Foreshadowing: Ramses mentions that only a cat can find the secret entrance to the pyramid.
- A Friend in Need: Since Professor Ramses is in no condition to retrieve the antidote for his illness from the sarcophagus, Alfred and Paljas rush to the Land of Pyramids to find it for him.
- Never Trust a Title: There's no riddle. And there's also no treasure the finnish dub references to, nor are Alfred and Von Paljas looking for such.
- Sealed Room in the Middle of Nowhere: The episode ends with Alfred and Paljas being trapped in a room in the middle of the pyramid, yelling for help.
- Soap Opera Disease: Professor Ramses' illness is very vague. It causes him great fatique and dizziness, and he manifests a very high fever, but we're never told what it is, just that there is a Magic Antidote in the Pyramid of Tut Kat Kammon.
- There Are No Coincidences: While climbing the Pyramid on the south side to find the secret entrance to the sarcophagus room, a boulder dropped from the top nearly kills Alfred and Dr. Paljas. They're ready to write it off as an unfortunate accident when a second boulder quickly follows. When they are later trapped in the pyramid, they conclude that they are being watched.
- Time for Plan B: Since Alfred and Paljas are unable to find the secret entrance to the sarcophagus, they try to use an alternative route by taking the tourism tour and then veering off the path. Unfortunately, somebody is aware of their presence and traps them in a Sealed Room in the Middle of Nowhere.
