- Frictionless Ice: Ice King uses his ice powers to propel the bus forward after it runs out of gas, later trading headgear with Abracadaniel so he can push the bus.

- Shout-Out: Giuseppe pulling the bus out of the swamp is similar to Yoda pulling Luke's X-wing out of the swamp in The Empire Strikes Back.
- Vocal Evolution: Abracadaniel's voice sounds a lot like Turtle Princess' in this episode compared to the softer voice he previously had.
