Prologue: Atma
The game begins with a tale about a South Star Princess who falls sick and turns into stardust, leaving behind her feline companion. The tale is being recounted by a young girl named Nirmala to her co-writer Atma in an abandoned train car, which they call Basecamp. Nirmala is an elementary school girl and Atma is a high school boy. Nirmala seeks Atma's help in creating the final chapter or epilogue for the story. Nirmala talks about the Magic Red Book, which allow the user to Atma uses dive into people's hearts and rid them of their inner turmoil. Atma finds the book and uses it to help Nirmala get the idea about the final chapter. They call the process when Atma uses the book "Space Dive." Nirmala needs the Magic Wand for the story, which was left at her house. Atma goes to Nirmala’s house to get the wand with the help of Bosque, the cat who guides him. At Nirmala’s house, Atma finds out Nirmala's father is abusive, and she had left secretly. Then during a storm, when Atma goes back to the Basecamp, he hears Nirmala's cries for help at the river and attempts to rescue her but drowns in the process.
Chapter 1: Raya
Atma wakes up in the classroom, where he sees Raya, who introduces herself to be his girl friend. Mr. Agung comes in and ask them to fill the future plan consultation, but Atma and Raya turn it into their bucket list, where they write anything they want to do. They decide to skip school to watch a movie. Atma crashes into Marin and pickes up the Magic Red Book.
Raya has gone outside the school first. Atma tries to find a way to skip school and catches up with her. Then they save a stray cat from a dog and build it a house. Raya names the cat Admiral. Then they go to the movie. In the cinema, Raya brings her own popcorn with her and shares it with Atma. After the movie ends, Raya uses her special to take Atma to Cat Wonderland, an island filled with cats. Turn out Admiral can talk. It’s revealed that Raya has superpower, but it drains Raya and she will pass out if overdoing it. Atma sees a weird looking cat, uses Space Dive, but is then driven outside to see all the cats turn restless. Raya uses her power to take her and Atma outside. As they try to leave, the people in the cinema are acting like cats, blocking the way outside. Atma uses Space Dive to find a way outside, then helps Raya go out.
As Atma and Raya leave the cinema, Atma is suddenly choked by an unfamiliar man. Raya uses her power to help free Atma. However, she has over-extended herself and collapses. The screen then transitions to reveal a spider-web like crack in the sky.
Chapter 2: Erik
Atma wakes up in the classroom and is saved by Raya from Erik's gang. Raya collapses again and has to take a rest. Atma and Admiral then try to find a Black Forest Gateau cake at Ria Cafe to help Raya. There, the chef argues with the owner and Atma has to find the ingredient. Erik's gang stops Atma and he enters an arcade to learn to fight to make way. Atma and Admiral find the ingredient and get the chef back.
After Atma gets the cake, he goes outside to see Admiral run over by Erik. Erik then hits Atma and steals the cake to gift Raya. In the school, Raya is separated from Atma by Erik's goon and Atma space-dives into Erik. There he helps young Erik escape from a cage. When they escape, young Erik meets Nirmala and she turns Erik into a weredog. Outside, Raya turns Erik back to normal, then makes him disappear. Raya collapses, the crack in the sky widens.
Chapter 3: Lulu
Atma wakes up in the classroom again and realizes that everyone in the school is preparing for the Lintang Festival. They act strangely when he asks about Raya, who is nowhere to be seen. Atma and Lulu go find her. When they try to leave school, Mr. Agung stops them, then says he’s Major General Agung Moeljono. After using space dive in Lulu, there lies a courtroom where Atma acts as the prosecutor and Mr. Agung is the defendant. Atma must find 3 pieces of evidence to restore Mr. Agung's identity. Upon completion of the trial, it is shown that Raya and Mr. Agung had an argument about Lintang Festival, in which he compared her to Lulu. Back in the school, Mr. Agung becomes somber again and reveals to have met Raya.
They find out that Raya has gone to meet madame Puspa from Miss Niken, who is the counselor. Madame Puspa is acting crazy, and Atma has to find evidence again just like with Mr. Agung. Turns out Madame Puspa has also met Raya.
Then they go to the convenience store and help uncle Budi, then Atma helps Lulu who is in a crisis because people forget about her. Nirmala appears again. Outside, Lulu becomes a black goose.
Atma meets with Admiral, saying Raya is waiting for him at the bridge. At the bridge, when Atma approaches Raya, Lulu appears and accuses Raya. Atma and Raya talk together. Atma then tries to use space dive in Raya, but Raya destroys the book and says it’s from the transgressor. Raya then tries to show Atma some fireworks. In the center of the crack, there is an explosion.
Chapter 4: Marin
Atma wakes up on the bridge and sees Marin. There are falling debris everywhere. They seek shelter in the basecamp, where Marin gives Atma the South Star Princess' magic wand, which can open a rift in time at a location. Atma opens a rift in the basecamp and get the Magic Book.
Back in the present, everyone in the town is acting strange. Atma and Marin make way to Loka High, where Raya is. At the school, it's revealed that Raya thought Atma were gone, so she made another Atma, who obstructed Atma and Marin on the way to the school. Raya tries to use her power on Margin, but is countered by Atma with the magic wand. Reality is broken and Atma wakes up in the past in the basecamp.
It's revealed that Marin and Nirmala is childhood friend. Nirmala is bullied, but Marin can't help her. Then it turns out Raya is Nirmala. Because there is no record of Atma anywhere, Marin thinks Atma is not a real person.
Back in the scene with Raya, Marin and Atma at broken down Loka High. Marin is transformed into a snail. Raya makes Marin disappear and then collapses. Atma uses space dive on Raya.
Flaskback with Atma and Nirmala. Atma has a part-time job and can't be with Nirmala often. Atma ran away from home to become a writer, and live on the outskirts of the town. There is a storm and Atma is drown when trying to save Nirmala, just like in the prologue. However no one else sees Atma when they save Nirmala. Nirmala is split from Raya, who accuses Nirmala of causing Atma to be drown, then make Nirmala disappear.
Chapter 5: Raya Fitri Nirmala
Atma is saved by Bosque, who brings him to the base camp and meets Nirmala. There it is revealed that Nirmala is the South Star Princess, and Raya is North Star Princess. The story ending is the North Star Princess encased in her galactic barrier, asleep for all eternity; but Atma is the co-writer and can change that.
Atma finds Raya. With the help of Bosque, Atma passes through Admiral. Atma ends up fighting Raya. After the fight, Atma uses Space Dive in Raya to go back to her house and go to her room. After a lot of convincing, Atma takes Raya to meet Nirmala. On the way, Raya meets Erik, Lulu, Marin, and her father. Raya gets the courage from her mother to get past him. Then they meet Nirmala. Raya and Nirmala reunite with Nirmala fading away. The world collapses and in the real world, Raya wakes up in the hospital.
Epilogue
Back in her house, Raya and her mom pack up to move out. Raya goes out, meets other people who appeared in the dream, and talks to them. Raya goes to the bridge and watches the sunset while it's raining. If the bucket list is complete, Raya goes to the river and puts the flower on the river bank to remember Atma.
