"I know how to write men that women fall in love with. Believe me, I cannot sell a Paolo. People will not turn three hundred twenty-five pages for a Paolo. C'mon, the guy's a secondary character, a, y'know, complication you eventually kill off."
— Nora Bing, Friends

Yes, she's nice and innocent and she's got big eyes and she's like a baby deer in human form, but she's not good enough for you! And yeah, I'm the boy mom and I should just shut up and smile and wear yellow, but not for this girl! I will not stand by quietly and watch you make the biggest mistake of your life! She is not the one for you Axl! She's not the one!"
— Frankie Heck to her son Axl about his girlfriend April, The Middle
I have no idea why weíre supposed to root for Superman to win Lois back in this movie, other than that we all already know thatís going to happen.
